Online therapy via video
Mindler is a digital healthcare provider offering online therapy via video calls and self help programs (iCBT). The treatment takes place in the Mindler app, available on Google Play and Apple App Store.
The company offers online therapy in the form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). The treatment uses a model called ‘Blended Treatment’ – a combination of CBT video calls with a psychologist, and online CBT self-help programmes (iCBT), which patients complete either on their own or with the help of the psychologist.
The treatments can help people suffering from a variety of diagnoses. The most frequent being:
- Depression – one of Sweden’s most common diseases. About 25% of all women and 15% of all men are affected at some point in their lifetime.
- Anxiety (ångest) – there are different types of anxiety, such as social anxiety, fear of death, health anxiety and many more. Some conditions are well suited for digital treatment.
- Stress – everyone experiences stress at some point in their lives, and this is completely normal. However some people are constantly stressed without relief and should seek professional help.
Mindler also offers private neuropsychiatric investigations (neuropsykiatriska utredningar) in their own clinics. Mental health support to companies is also available, providing access for employees to psychologists with its initiative: Mindler for business (företagsvård).
Mindler was founded in Sweden in 2018, we operate in Sweden, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom and Denmark and we have 500+ employees.
